Joseph Lancia has cultivated over 20 years of executive management experience during his career. Mr. Joseph Lancia possesses deep knowledge of manufacturing, finance, and business development and has increased the profitability and performance of the firms he has led. For 12 years, Joseph Lancia operated Strategic Investments, a boutique service company that performed Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Integration. Joseph Lancia founded Strategic Investments alongside two partners in the late 1980s and successfully completed 42 acquisitions and divestitures during his tenure there. Joseph Lancia helped secure the business of such notable firms as the Marmon Group and Thomas & Betts while at Strategic Investments.

In 2001, Joseph Lancia sold his shares in Strategic Investments to his partners and shortly thereafter joined Dispoz-o Products, Inc. as CEO. When Joseph Lancia joined Dispoz-o Products, Inc., the firm had USD $48 million in revenues and USD $7.2 million Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) with 630 employees on staff. Dispoz-o Products, Inc. was profitable, but Joseph Lancia saw a potential threat to the company's manufacturing of commodity products for the food service industry by imports over time. To combat this, Joseph Lancia restructured Dispoz-o Products, Inc., creating a unique vertical sales and marketing organization that possessed a lean manufacturing culture, utilizing a 533,000-square-foot facility. The result of Joseph Lancia's machinations has been a USD $112 million in organic company revenue, with USD $20.7 in EBITDA and a staff comprised of only 650 employees.

In April 2009, Dispoz-o Products, Inc. merged with Wilkinson Industries, Inc. Mr. Lancia participates in a number of civic and philanthropic endeavors and is noted in his community as the Chairman of the Thornblade Charitable Golf Tournament. Joseph Lancia attended Southern Connecticut State College in New Haven, Connecticut for his Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance. Today, Mr. Lancia is a Board Member of the College of Business & Behavioral Science at Clemson University and makes his home in South Carolina.
